Janay is a model of what it means for a Black woman to succeed in business and entrepreneurship because she has acquired over 26 AirBnBs and has been supporting them all for more than a year. She has also trained mentees who work in real estate to buy properties using business credit totalling over $2.5 million. She has also bought a tonne of investment properties using only company credit.
