The inspiring true story of multi-millionaire stockbroker, novelist, and philanthropist Chris Gardner, which served as the basis for the highly acclaimed and Oscar-winning Will Smith film "The Pursuit of Happyness," is certainly familiar to most of us.

In the movie, Chris, a father who is homeless and a single parent, struggles to get a job in the finance sector but eventually succeeds. Similar to award-winning serial tech entrepreneur Amari Ruff, who is presently the co-founder and CEO of Memik, an augmented reality dance and social media platform, it is a narrative of hope and triumph over all difficulties.

His first business, Sudu, a multi-million dollar transportation company with significant clients like Walmart and UPS, has already seen a successful exit.
